Termination

Refund Policy
At VoteAfrika Media Services, we aim to provide an exceptional experience for our customers participating in contests and purchasing event tickets on our platform. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund.
Contest Entry Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds
Contest entry fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider a refund under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: In case of technical errors or issues that prevent you from participating in a contest after you have purchased a ticket.
- Cancellation: If we cancel a contest, you will be entitled to a refund of the entry fee.

Event Ticket Refunds

Event ticket purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider a refund under the following circumstances:
